We focus on kids bikes, scooters, and family adventure gear, and we work hard to get orders moving quickly.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

United States shipping

Orders over $50 ship free in the contiguous United States. Standard and express rates are shown at checkout based on your order and destination.

International shipping

We ship internationally where available. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes when applicable.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. You can also visit kiddiego.com/pages/track-your-order.

Split shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages when items ship from different fulfillment partners.
