30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email support@kiddiego.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund timing
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us with photos and your order number and we will help with a replacement or refund.
