30-Day Easy Returns

We want every adventure to start happy. If you're not satisfied with your KiddieGo purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached
  • Original receipt or order number required
  • Final sale items, custom products, and personal hygiene items are non-returnable

How to Return

  1. Email support@kiddiego.com with your order number and reason
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
  3. Pack the item securely and drop off at any carrier location
  4. Refund issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection & refund processing: 3-5 business days after we receive return
  • Bank/card processing: additional 3-7 business days
